Ben Smith BSc MRICS:

Ben is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has predominantly worked as a Valuation Surveyor and Building Surveyor; however his twenty years of experience include managing a medium sized property portfolio, and the project management of various developments in London, Leeds and Manchester. His varied knowledge of the property industry enables him to provide expert advice for Residential and Commercial Valuation, and Landlord and Tenant matters.

Jolyon Allen Bsc (Hons) Dip Surv HI DEA Assoc RICS:

Jolyon is arguably one of the top ten most experienced Domestic Energy Assessors and Home Inspectors in the UK. Prior to being one of the first surveyors to achieve these qualifications, Jolyon has worked in Agency and as a Valuer for the Civil Service. With almost ten years experience Jolyon is in an ideal position to provide expert advice on Valuation and Marketing.
