I just wanted to pass on my thanks for the quick turnaround in completing the Level 3 survey I requested.
The report I received was well laid out and easy to understand which being a first time buyer was very helpful.
You checked a potential issue I raised prior to the survey and thankfully put my mind at rest that it was nothing too serious.
Your due diligence checked things I hadn’t even thought of or spotted on viewing. That detached downpipe has now been fixed by the sellers which I’m sure has saved me from a potential serious issue of damp ingress prior to exchange so thank you.

All in all I would have no hesitation in using your company for any future surveys and will be recommending your company to others.
