RICS Survey Level 3 - Report

I just wanted to say thank you for conducting the survey in a professional manner and observation like you did. On further searches which were carried out on the property we established that the property had in fact been underpinned back in 2014. Although some of the paperwork was available there seemed to be one key certificate of satisfactory work compliance which was still missing but nevertheless we have decided to call it a day on the property we were looking to purchase. If from the onset we were aware of the facts we would have never entered in to an agreement to make an on offer on the property due to the stigma and complications which properties bring if they have been underpinned and so we officially have today withdrawn our offer on the property. If it had not been for your initial thorough survey highlighting these prior issues with the property we could have perhaps potentially have gone too far with this process and been very regretful in the end.
